Melyssa Treacy, Principal Exercise Physiologist and Director

Melyssa Treacy

Principal Exercise Physiologist & Director

Melyssa founded Dynamic Health & Exercise Physiology with a clear purpose: to provide expert, personalised care that helps people genuinely recover, not just manage.

With extensive experience in private practice and workers' compensation, Melyssa specialises in chronic pain, complex injuries, and women's health. She works closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop tailored treatment plans, and places a strong emphasis on education, empowering clients to understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery.

Melyssa holds ongoing training in Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT), a contemporary, person-centred approach to pain management that focuses on building confidence and restoring meaningful function. Her approach goes beyond exercise prescription. She helps clients rebuild their identity and their life.

Katie Stephens, Senior Exercise Physiologist

Katie Stephens

Senior Exercise Physiologist

Katie brings a wealth of knowledge to the clinic with a background spanning workers' compensation, NDIS, occupational health and safety, mining, and aged care. This experience means Katie is exceptionally well-equipped to support clients with complex presentations through all stages of life, including musculoskeletal conditions, mental health, and overall health and wellbeing.

Katie takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, combining functional exercise, education, and personalised strategies to support long-term recovery. She is passionate about helping clients build the knowledge, confidence, and skills to maintain their progress independently, long after their program ends.

You'll find Katie at our Greenwood clinic every Wednesday.
